Announcement: Mark Roberts to Provide Daily Reflections

On August 31, 2016, The H. E. Butt Family Foundation (HEBFF) will send its last Daily Reflection email. We want to thank you for supporting this ministry for the last 10 years. orallys Several of you have even given generously, ensuring that readers could receive daily guidance in prayer, Bible study, and theological reflection. We could not have done this without you.

Now, HEBFF is passing the ministry to Mark D. Roberts at the Max DePree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary—a fitting transition, since Mark has been the chief voice of Daily Reflections for all these years. Be sure to subscribe to Mark’s daily devotional Life for Leaders so you don’t experience any interruption in service. Also, if you have supported the Daily Reflections financially, we encourage you to consider supporting Mark Roberts directly.

Mark has spent more than a year building Life for Leaders, which has quickly become the best daily Bible reflection on faith, work, and leadership. He is currently leading readers through the gospel of Mark, highlighting God’s wisdom for Christian leaders in the workplace.

“Mark Roberts served Laity Lodge and The H. E. Butt Family Foundation as theologian in residence for seven years,” said David Rogers, president of HEBFF. “The Daily Reflections first blossomed under his guidance and pastoral wisdom, and we are thrilled to recommend Life for Leaders to everyone.”

“Fuller’s new focus on vocation and formation is very close to the work I did with The High Calling and Laity Lodge,” Roberts said. “I really look forward to serving the Daily Reflections audience again.”

It has been a pleasure to offer the Daily Reflections through The High Calling and HEBFF for over a decade, and we are proud to pass the baton to Mark Roberts.

Once again, Daily Reflections readers should subscribe to Mark’s daily devotional before August 31 to avoid any interruption in service.
